Trade Show Exhibit Management Program (EMP)

Our Exhibit Management Program (EMP) takes the stress of exhibit ownership out of our client’s hands so they can focus on the event itself. Each exhibit stored in our climate-controlled facility is inspected and packed contents photographed. Upon receipt of the exhibit from an event or show, Zap Creative inspects for damage, conducts a full inventory, repacks components correctly and returns the exhibit to storage in our system.

As we manage the storage of your trade show exhibit, we can also coordinate shipping and ordering of show services. In addition, we can also take care of install and dismantle of your property, allowing you to show up at the show ready to do business and focus on your successful event.
