Hourly rates correspond to the show city. While these rates vary widely, your final costs are determined by Hourly Rate x # of Strait Hours plus Hourly Rate x # of Double (Over) Time hours. We provide a detailed estimate of the hours it will take, we do as much work as possible during straight time hours, and we can demonstrate a lower total cost for each project. In addition, a representative from Zap Creative can supervise on the show floor in person if requested, ensuring that your exhibit is built and ready for you to come in and do business without worry.
